Featuring CPM MagnaCut steel, Kizer's stunning X-Polished DLC finish, UV-reactive glow-in-the-dark red carbon fiber handles, and custom red accents, this exclusive takes the Wharning to an entirely new level.

With only 100 individually serialized pieces produced, this special edition is available exclusively through Blade District.

Premium MagnaCut Steel with X-Polished DLC

At the heart of this exclusive is a beautifully executed 3.40" Wharncliffe blade crafted from CPM MagnaCut steel, hardened to 60–63 HRC.

MagnaCut is renowned for its exceptional balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it an outstanding choice for premium everyday carry knives.

The blade features Kizer's premium X-Polished DLC finish, an ultra-refined, deep-black mirror-polished Diamond-Like Carbon coating that delivers a stunning reflective appearance.

Previously featured on select premium Kizer models and Blade District exclusives, this specialized finish gives the Wharning an unmistakably high-end appearance.

UV-Reactive Red Shred Carbon Fiber Handles

One of the most distinctive features of this exclusive is its incredible red shred carbon fiber handle scales.

The striking combination of red carbon fiber against the deep-black blade creates a bold, aggressive aesthetic.

But there's more to these handles than meets the eye.

The carbon fiber is UV-reactive and glows green in the dark!

Expose the handles to a bright flashlight or UV light to charge the glow, and they'll emit a green glow in darkness for a limited period.

This unique material adds another dimension to an already stunning knife, creating an entirely different appearance when the lights go out.

Custom Red Accents & Black Hardware

Complementing the red shred carbon fiber are custom red aluminum components, including:

• Triangular thumb studs
• Button lock actuator
• Backspacer

Black hardware completes the design, providing a clean contrast against the red carbon fiber and matching the deep-black X-Polished DLC blade.

Kizer Button Liner Lock

The Wharning utilizes Kizer's innovative Button Liner Lock, combining the secure engagement of a top liner lock with the convenience of button-operated disengagement.

Each knife features individually engraved identification information on the inside of its backspacer, including its unique serial number, blade steel information, and exclusive branding.

Every knife also includes a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and exclusive Blade District stickers.

The Kizer Wharning was designed by Johan Jordaan, a South African knife designer known for creating distinctive, purpose-driven designs with an emphasis on practical cutting performance and ergonomics.
