Huge But Awesome Knife.

I like my knives big, and this one is no exception.But it fits my med/lge size hands quite comfortably. The blade is razor sharp out of the box and the action is quite smooth. Most definitely a great using knife.

Sheepdog Progression

I was a little late to the Sheepdog conversion. This is my 3rd one, started with a mini, standard, and this XL. Love the knife. It is definitely XL as advertised but not so big that it becomes a novelty/conversation piece. 154cm is great like other Kizer's I have picked up. Functional knife, carries better than I thought it would. Smooth action and opens with a satisfying "chunk". Have a TI version on the way.

It's got that chonk

I bought this knife because it was on sale and I've never owned a sheepdog. It came hair-whittling sharp...the sharpest factory edge I've ever seen. It shaves paper. Plus, it's a big knife and that's how I like em.

A Great, Big Knife.

Bought two of these XL Sheepdogs, I put one away and have not been gentle with the other. I have used it to break down boxes, cut hose, score and cut 5mm plywood, score and cut leather as well as other tasks. The knife holds up, its big extremely sharp and durable. The sheeps foot blade is new for me but I have become quite fond of this design. This blade is a workhorse, good job Kizer.
